Dorchester Collection will manage the project and provide bespoke services to residents. VELA VIENTO has been designed by Foster + Partners and will feature interiors by Parisian design studio Gilles & Boissier.

The VELA VIENTO residences are set to offer breathtaking views of Marasi Bay and Downtown Dubai through their floor-to-ceiling windows. The project will feature two penthouses and three duplex apartments, each of which will have a unique ‘hanging’ dining room.

Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities, including an infinity edge swimming pool, a double-height gym, a yoga studio, a sun deck, and lounges. Additional amenities will be located on the podium level, including an indoor lap pool, a children’s pool, a wellness spa, and state-of-the-art meeting rooms. Residents will also have access to facilities at nearby VELA and The Lana.

The project will feature landscaped gardens and communal areas that connect the project as part of OMNIYAT’s plans for the wider Marasi Bay waterfront area.

Construction is set to begin soon, with VELA VIENTO aiming to elevate Marasi Bay as a luxury enclave alongside OMNIYAT’s other local projects.
